Timing and Fees
Our shipping rates include the Continental United States. LB Toys typically ships products UPS Ground and products arrive in 2-10 days. We may also ship via the United State Postal Service. We also offer expedited shipping options which are available upon checking out. Please be aware that there is no weekend service and that you cannot count the day the order was shipped. For example, if you selected 2nd Day Air on a Wednesday dependig on your location - the package may arrive either on Friday or Monday. Items in stock ship next business day. Many times we will also ship the same day but cannot guarantee the same. We update the site daily with regards to products in stock. If an item is listed as backordered, please feel free to call us to obtain an anticipated arrival date. Although infrequently, there are times where an item is listed in stock but due to timing was sold that day prior to the site update. We will typically contact you via email or phone if the item you have ordered is backordered.
Shipping charges for products are shown prior to checkout. You will also receive a confirmation email after purchasing that shows items ordered, shipping costs and any sales tax (if applicable).
International Shipments
If you desire to have a product shipped to either an APO/FPO or internationally - please contact us first prior to placing your order. We will quote the shipping charges for you. Also please be aware that you are directly responsible for any and all customs fees/duties for international shipments, this is in addition to our shipping charges.
Free Shipping Guidelines
The FREE shipping only applies to ground shipments within the US. In addition, if you received FREE shipping as part of your order and then return an item which then causes the order total to fall under the FREE shipping threshhold - we will deduct the shipping charges from the amount of the refund.
